Happy Thanksgiving Eve!!
On Monday night, my parents and I met my sister for dinner at 619 Cantina. I ordered the chicken tacos with black beans and brown rice, which hit the spot.
My fam also ordered an appetizer of nachos for the table, which were everything you could want in nachos…crispy, cheesy, and loaded with guac!
I ended up staying the night at my sister’s and got to hang out with these two cuties. I mean, could they be any more adorable?!
For breakfast the next morning, I had a square of Laura Lea’s Blueberry Peanut Butter Crumble Bars (one of my faves!) that I made the night before along with a fresh cup of coffee. I have coffee once in a blue moon, but the chilly weather made it sound oh so cozy!
After a brisk walk and getting ready for the day, we headed to the Beach, stopping for lunch at our favorite spot 🙂 I know I was just there, but it is so. darn. good.
Last night I made Laura Lea’s Hidden Veggie Mac N Cheese and it was simply delicious. I added Trader Joe’s White Cheddar & Gruyere cheese in place of the traditional cheddar and it was such a great idea. So creamy! Even my little sister–who is the pickiest eater on the planet–had two servings. I’d say it was another winner from llbalanced 😊

Today I am helping my Mom make pies for Thanksgiving tomorrow and doing some last minute grocery shopping!
Get ready…it’s almost TURKEY TIME!
